Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:

Due to the nature of personal care and fragrance products, opened or used items are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

An incorrect item received
In such cases, return shipping instructions will be provided after approval.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
